| This scrumptious sandwich comes together when we marinate organic boneless and skinless chicken breast for 24 hours, which is then char grilled. Once grilled to perfection, we then thinly shave the chicken breast and then pile it high on grilled challa bread, finished off with crispy apple wood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, muenster cheese, and our very own secret* honey mustard. | Our first choice beef brisket, slow cooked for 4 hours in a pan along with fresh garlic cloves, celery, onions , carrots and our special house blended seasoning rub just the way Bubby used to make it. The Brisket is then shaved thin. We add a little spicy mustard and creamy coleslaw along with melted swiss and muenster cheese all on our grilled rye bread served open face. This sandwich is so secret it's not even on our menu. So make sure you request it by name. |
